Contest rules

To enter the contest you simply have to complete the registration form on our site. Eligible participants must be Quebec residents of age 18 and over.

No other form of registration whether mechanical or handwritten will be accepted. Only one registration per person is allowed during the length of the contest.

The contest runs from the 20th of January to March 10th 2010 at noon. Registration will not be accepted after this date. The drawing of the iPod will be made at the offices of Arplan Construction Inc., 4 Rang Sainte Marie, Melocheville (Quebec) at 4pm on March 10th 2010. The retail value of the prize is $275.00 all taxes included.

The lucky winner will be notified by telephone the very same day. The prize cannot be traded or cashed in. Arplan Construction Inc. reserves the right to publish the name of the winner. The prize can be claimed on any working day until March 31st 2010 at the premises of Arplan Construction Inc., 4 Rang Sainte Marie, Melocheville (Quebec).

All employees of Arplan Construction Inc. and Chez-soi express inc. including their relatives and all members of the contest marketing team cannot participate in the contest.

This contest is subject to all the applicable Rules and Regulations including the ones from the Régie des Alcools, des Courses ou des Jeux who may be called upon to settle any claim should there be any dispute.
